I started with Heather over 2 years ago. And it was one of the best career decisions I made! Before working with Heather I was working non stop…like everyday 12 hour days(including weekends). I was overwhelmed, exhausted, inefficient, and never there for my husband or kids. After talking to Heather I was immediately attracted to the fact that she was a working mom and believed in balance. I told her from our first discussion “if you can help me make the money I am making now, but work less than I am in.

 

”In fact, Heather has done so much more than that. She helped me really figure out what I want from my career and what I want from my home life. She has helped me be great at my job, while also setting limits with my clients and protecting my cherished family time. I now find true reward in my job, while also being there for my kids and family in away that prior to Heather I thought was only possible if I didn’t work. If that wasn’t enough, she is an amazing person who I consider a close friend.
